Jannillea Glasgow

Jannillea Glasgow is a West Indies cricketer from St Vincent who has developed into a left-handed lower-order batter and right-arm fast-medium bowler. Born on 5 January 2004, she began playing cricket at the age of 10 in the Park Hill community of St Vincent. She has also represented herself in volleyball, football and athletics at domestic level.

Glasgow came through the Windward Islands’ age-group structure and first attracted wider attention with her performances in regional Under-19 cricket. A five-wicket haul at that level helped establish her as a promising fast-bowling all-rounder. She was subsequently included in Cricket West Indies’ high-performance programme in 2021 and progressed to the West Indies A set-up later that year.

At franchise level, Glasgow has represented Trinbago Knight Riders Women in the Women’s Caribbean Premier League and Barbados Royals Women. She has also played for the Windward Islands Women and West Indies A Women, giving her experience across regional, developmental and franchise cricket.

Her early international career gained momentum when she represented the West Indies at the inaugural ICC Under-19 Women's T20 World Cup in South Africa in early 2023. She earned her senior international debut during the T20I Tri-Series in South Africa against India Women in January 2023.

Glasgow made further strides in the international setup through the 2025–26 international cycle across both white-ball formats. In February 2026, during the ODI series against Sri Lanka Women at St. George's, she scored a fighting maiden ODI half-century (50 off lower-order batting). She went on to feature for the West Indies in the 2026 ICC Women's T20 World Cup in England, as well as subsequent international tours to Ireland and Zimbabwe.
