Manohar Trimbak Ajgaonkar is a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politician. Ajgaonkar was elected to the Goa Legislative Assembly for the first time in 1999 from the Dargalim constituency from Congress. In 2002, he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party and won the seat. In 2007, he returned to the Indian National Congress and successfully defended his seat. In 2017, he joined the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party and won the Pernem Assembly seat by defeating BJP leader Rajendra Arlekar. He became the Deputy Chief Minister in 2019 after joining the BJP. He is contesting the 2022 Goa Assembly polls from Margao.
