Chopal
Chopal is constituency number sixty of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. It is one of the eight Assembly seats of Himachal's Shimla district apart from Theog, Kasumpti, Shimla, Shimla Rural, Jubbal-Kotkhai, Rampur and Rohru. It is one of the seventeen Assembly seats that make up the Shimla Lok Sabha constituency. The Chopal Assembly constituency is a general seat, i.e. it is not reserved for Scheduled Castes (SCs) or Scheduled Tribes (STs).
