Fatehpur
Fatehpur is constituency number eight of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. It is one of the fifteen Assembly seats of Himachal's Kangra district apart from Nurpur, Indora, Jawali, Dehra, Jaswan-Pragpur, Jawalamukhi, Jaisinghpur, Sullah, Nagrota, Kangra, Shahpur, Dharamshala, Palampur and Baijnath. It is one of the seventeen Assembly seats that make up the Kangra Lok Sabha constituency. The Fatehpur Assembly constituency is a general seat, i.e. it is not reserved for Scheduled Castes (SCs) or Scheduled Tribes (STs).
