Jogindernagar is constituency number thirty-one of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly. It is one of the ten Assembly seats of Himachal's Mandi district apart from Karsog, Sundernagar, Nachan, Seraj, Darang, Dharampur, Mandi, Balh and Sarkaghat. It is one of the seventeen Assembly seats that make up the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency. The Jogindernagar Assembly constituency is a general seat, i.e. it is not reserved for Scheduled Castes (SCs) or Scheduled Tribes (STs).
