Hello everyone to the second ODI between Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Afghanistan have taken the lead in the series. We saw two different types of batting performances in the first match. Where Afghanistan after reeling at 71/5 found a pivotal partnership between Mohammad Nabi and Hashmatullah Shahidi to take Afghanistan to a competitive total. We saw Bangladesh after being 120/5, nosedive to get bowled out in the next 23 runs. The 18-year-old AM Ghazanfar rocked the Bangladeshi batting line up with 6 wickets in total. Bangladesh were cruising through in the chase but were surprised by some incredible bowling performances from Afghanistan.

After a commanding victory in the opening ODI, Afghanistan head into the second match against Bangladesh at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium with their sights set on sealing the series. Anticipation is at a fever pitch as this pivotal clash approaches. In the series opener, Afghanistan found themselves in dire straits at 71/5, but Mohammad Nabi, with crucial support from the lower middle order, mounted a strong recovery, pushing the team to a respectable total of 235 before being bowled out.
