Jhagadia
Jhagadia is constituency number 152 of the Gujarat Legislative Assembly. It is one of the five Assembly seats of Gujarat's Bharuch district apart from Jambusar, Vagra, Bharuch and Ankleshwar. It is one of the seven Assembly seats that make up the Bharuch Lok Sabha constituency. The Jhagadia Assembly constituency is reserved for Scheduled Tribes (STs). In 2017, Bharatiya Tribal Party's (BTP) Chhotubhai Amarsinh Vasava defeated BJP's Ravjibhai Ishvarbhai Vasava by 48,948 votes. In 2022, Chhotubhai is contesting as an independent candidate against BJP's Riteshbhai Ramanbhai Vasava, Congress candidate Fatehsinh Chimanbhai Vasava and AAP's Urmilaben Mukeshbhai Bhagat.
