After getting a major setback in the first ODI, West Indies bounced back stronger in the second ODI with a brilliant batting performance with a scintillating century from Keacy Carty and well-supported half-centuries from skipper Shai Hope and Brandon King. In the bowling department, Alzarri Joseph has been a standout, claiming four wickets in the second ODI. The West Indies will be hoping to capitalize on their better batting performance from the second ODI in order to salvage some pride and showcase their potential. On a usually strong batting surface at The Oval, the West Indies will need a collective effort, especially in their middle order, to put pressure on the English bowlers and build a competitive score or chase successfully. Talking about England, under new white-ball captain Harry Brook, England hasn't put a foot wrong in the first two ODIs.
