It is time for game 5 of this Tri Series. The table is shaping up nicely. All the three teams have managed to win at least one game. Courtesy the washout a couple of days ago, Ireland and Scotland are a point ahead of the hosts. The Scottish bounced back strongly after being beaten in the first game of the tournament. They face a stiffer challenger here against Ireland who managed to beat the Dutch in their first game. Batting first has been the norm so far, will that continue? Also, the side winning this game will be placed at the top of the table. Let's hope for a good contest between bat and ball. Toss and teams in a bit.

Things are heating up in this Tri-series as Ireland takes on Scotland in game No. 5. Both sides have had one victory in the tournament and have had one game washed out so far but Scotland have played one extra game. Ireland won their game in a thriller against the Netherlands and the reverse fixture was a washout. Scotland on the other hand started with a defeat against the Netherlands but they took their revenge and got one over the Dutch side and inflicted a heavy defeat on them in their last game. Both sides are coming into this game with some positive momentum and they would be eyeing a victory and getting one over their opponents in this fixture. Lorcan Tucker and Mark Adair looked solid with the bat for Ireland while Fionn Hand looks lethal with the ball as well. Ben White, George Dockrell and others will look to stamp their mark as well with some explosive bowling against Scotland. The side is well-balanced and is on the upward graph. Scotland on the other hand started poorly but convincingly won against the Netherlands in their previous game. The side batted well with George Munsey scoring heavily for them. The bowlers did tremendously to complement the batters and inflicted a heavy defeat on the Dutch helping their NRR as well. This game promises to be a thriller.
