OUT! STUMPED! Yuzvendra Chahal fights back in grand style! Outfoxes the Gujarat skipper and this is a big blow to Gujarat. Chahal stays over the wicket and offers flight, on a fuller length but keeps it away from the batter. Bowls it near the tramline on off. Gill premeditates and advances down the track. He gets beaten in the flight and fails to get to the pitch of the ball. He reaches out to put bat to ball but it spins away to go past the bat and Sanju Samson does the rest. It is called a wide but it will not matter much to Rajasthan as they get the prized scalp of Gill. The Gujarat skipper is distraught as he trudges off.

FOUR! Two in two for Shubman Gill! Chahal drops it short and outside off, Shubman Gill anticipates the bowler to drag his length and waits in the crease. Slaps it wide of point and beats the man in the deep to his left for four more runs. Just the start to the over Gujarat needed, can they make it a big one?

UPDATE - 10.32 pm IST (5.02 pm GMT) - Uh oh! The wind has brought about rain, although it is just a drizzle but it is concerning enough for the umpires to stop the play. The ground staff come in with the covers and the square has been covered for now. In case you were wondering, Gujarat needed to be 85 at this stage and they are currently 8 runs short of the DLS par score.

Wide! Short of a length and angled away from Wade outside off. Wade slashes and misses. Rajasthan take it upstairs maybe because Sanju Samson felt there was an edge but there is daylight between the bat and ball. Rajasthan lose their review.

FOUR! Picks the gap to perfection does the Gujarat skipper. Chahal fires it in, full and on middle and leg, Shubman Gill presses forward and brings his bottom into play. Hits it between deep mid-wicket and long on for a much-needed boundary. 9 runs off the over but it is still not enough for Gujarat as they need to go at around 12 runs per over with 121 runs needed from the last ten overs.

OUT! LBW! A big, big shout for LBW but the finger stays down! If there is no bat involved, Sai Sudharsan is a goner here. Looking at the replays, he has started to walk off and it seems that he knows that he has not gotten an inside edge. And yes, the UltraEdge confirms that there is no bat involved. Over to Ball Tracking now, it is three reds. Coming to the ball, it is pitched up, on off and middle, Sai Sudharsan walks across to the off side and exposes all his stumps, trying to scoop it over short fine leg. He fails to make any contact as the ball sneaks past the inside edge and traps him right in front of the stumps. Kuldeep Sen with an instant impact as he strikes in his first over.

Strategic Break! The wind has picked up but the good thing is there are no signs of rain for now. Gujarat have started well. The openers have laid the foundation. PITCH REPORT - Mpumelelo Mbangwa is near the deck. He starts by informing that it is a windy evening and that the wind will be a factor that the players will have to take into account. States that 70 metres and 62 metres are the dimensions of the square boundaries, while the straight boundary is 79 metres. Aaron Finch joins him and says that there is a hint of grass, but it looks like a really good wicket. Hopes that the grass will result in more pace as compared to the games played earlier at this venue. Opines that there will be movement with the new ball, and therefore, the opening batters should look to play straight. Expects the pitch to get slower as the game progresses. Feels that there will not be much dew, given the overcast conditions. Mbangwa says that there might be rain later on and reckons that it might influence the decision at the toss.
