Sri Lanka won't mind much. They know the victory is just around the corner. Just 3 wickets is what they needed and maybe a fresh bowling attack will help them achieve the target. Their bowlers were relentless. They were not much help from the pitch but all of them bowled really well. Prabath Jayasuriya and Kamindu Mendis ended with two each while Lahiru Kumara got two wickets as well. The win looks inevitable for Sri Lanka and the first session on Day 5 could be the last. Bangladesh have successfully managed to take the game to Day 5. They batters have shown a lot of character in the chase but at the moment the victory looks far from achievable. All the batters got off to a start but none tried to hang in around and play a big innings. Mominul Haque scored a quick fifty but he too fell. Shakib and Das were dismissed in their 30s. Taijul Islam and Mehidy Hasan have been aggressive with their approach and have done well to stitch a partnership still they need another 243 runs to make it count.

Despite an impressive show from Bangladesh with the ball, Lanka are well ahead in this game. The visitors will be hoping the lower order can hang around for sometime and take the lead over 500.
