The Kiwis have been good but they have lost the key battles resulting them being in the position that they are at this point in the series. The batters have struggled a lot but Mark Chapman has looked comfortable against the lethal bowling of the hosts. After taking a 2-0 lead in the 5-match T20I series, Pakistan will go head-to-head with New Zealand in the third T20I at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. Pakistan has been dominating in the series so far and has not given the visitors even the slimmest chance of getting anywhere near a victory in the two games played so far. Babar Azam was outstanding in the last game scoring a century. The cameo of Iftikhar Ahmed was a massive boost for the side as he plays a crucial role for them. Haris Rauf has been brilliant scalping 8 wickets in the two games played and has led the bowling unit with conviction. Pakistan would be hoping to inflict yet another defeat on the Kiwis and seal the series. New Zealand would be hoping to win this and stay alive in the series. They have played well but have lost key moments that have led to their demise in the series so far. Mark Chapman has been the bright light for the Kiwis as he has batted superbly so far. If the Kiwis are to win the third T20I then the bowlers will have to bowl well at depth. The form of Daryl Mitchell has been a massive concern for them as the team relies heavily on his all-round performance. Expect a thriller between these two cricketing giants.
