Tehri উত্তরাখণ্ড বিধানসভা নির্বাচনের ফলাফল 2022

Tehri is one of the Assembly constituencies of the Tehri Garhwal district in Uttarakhand. There were a total of 81,167 voters in the Tehri constituency during the 2017 Assembly elections. This year, the voting is scheduled to be held in a single phase in Uttarakhand i.e. on February 14, 2022. In 2017, Bharatiya Janata Party’s Dhan Singh Negi won the Assembly polls from the seat. He is contesting the elections from the Congress party this time after joining it in January 2022. Interestingly, Kishore Upadhyay, the former state unit chief of Congress, who was expelled from the party and joined the BJP in January 2022 has been fielded by the party from the seat. Upadhyay lost the last elections from the Sahaspur constituency. It must be noted that this Assembly seat falls under Tehri Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency, which is represented by BJP's Mala Rajya Laxmi Shah.
