Informs they are going with three seamers and two regular spinners along with six proper batters.

Suryakumar Yadav, the captain of India says that it is a bit humid and does not think it will change much during the game. Adds that it is always nice to play in front of home fans and in home conditions. Mentions that there is a lot of talent in the group and everyone is ready to get on. Tells that the wicket looks good and the crowd has come in numbers as well which is nice to see. JUST IN - Pace sensation Mayank Yadav has been handed over the debut cap by Murali Kartik. He was seen marking his run-up a few minutes back. He will make his T20I debut in this match alongside an impressive all-rounder, Nitish Kumar Reddy who was handed the cap by Parthiv Patel.

India has historically dominated their T20I encounters with Bangladesh, boasting an impressive 12-1 win-loss record. Bangladesh's lone victory against India in this format came back in 2019 in New Delhi. Since then, India has maintained its upper hand and has run through this opposition.
