Says that they are a young team and they are learning. Ends by saying they have a few days off and then will be back at it.

The Presentation Ceremony...

Earlier in the game, Pakistan's decision to bat first proved challenging from the outset. The team suffered early setbacks when both opening batters were dismissed within the first three overs. The situation became more precarious after Usman Khan's dismissal, leaving Pakistan struggling inside the restrictions. Salman Agha attempted to stabilize the innings by building important partnerships with Tayyab Tahir and later with Qasim Akram. But, the regular loss of wickets meant Pakistan's progress remained slow as they approached the latter stages of their innings. However, the late contributions from Arafat Minhas and Abbas Afridi gave the bowlers something to bowl at. For Zimbabwe, Blessing Muzarabani was the most successful bowler with two wickets, and the others too, came in handy and chipped in on a slowish track.

However, the Chevrons' hopes were clinging on with Raza still in the middle. But, Sufiyan Muqeem squeezed them up further bowling a maiden over. Raza decided to go all guns blazing which became the reason for his downfall. It got quite nervy towards the end. With 12 to get in the last over, Zimbabwe found a new hero in the form of Tinotenda Maposa, the debutant who turned the game on its head with a couple of lusty blows in the last over and sailed the hosts across the winning line.

After a couple of quiet overs, Bennett tried to up the ante to release the pressure but lost his wicket in this process. It followed with another batting collapse for Zimbabwe as they were reduced from a comfortable 73/1 to a worrisome 120/7 on the back of some unnecessary shot selections and terrible mix-ups. As a result, Pakistan bossed the mid-over phase with the spinners and Abbas Afridi chipping in with crucial wickets.

The Pakistani bowling attack had a shaky start, with the pace bowlers struggling to find their line and length. Mohammad Hasnain had a particularly difficult time, dropping a crucial catch and failing to find his bowling rhythm. However, the introduction of spin bowling helped Pakistan slow things up a bit, with Salman Agha eventually managing to secure a breakthrough.

Zimbabwe's openers got off to a confident start, taking advantage of Pakistan's wayward bowling with regular boundaries. Brian Bennett stood out with his aggressive batting display, showing positive intent from the beginning and refusing to let the bowlers find their rhythm. His attacking approach helped Zimbabwe reach an impressive 56/1 in the powerplay, versus Pakistan's struggling 42/3.

PHEW! AREN'T YOU ENTERTAINED? A proper box-office finish to a dramatic contest which ebbed and flowed back and forth. Zimbabwe emerged victorious but really had to wrestle hard for this win. Pakistan would be kicking themselves as they fought till the end, but it just wasn't enough for them at the end of the day. Zimbabwe initiated this white-ball series with a win in the first ODI and has concluded with a win as well. But, it is Pakistan who has clinched this tour with a 2-1 win in the ODIs, followed by this T20I series win by 2-1.

Commentary

We are back for the chase! The Pakistani players are making their way out to the middle and spread out to take their respective field positions. Brian Bennett and Tadiwanashe Marumani are the two openers for Zimbabwe. Mohammad Hasnain to start proceedings with the ball. Here we go...

... THE RUN CHASE ...

Zimbabwe, on the other hand, looked determined right from the start. Blessing Muzarabani set the tone with two early wickets while Wellington Masakadza continued his good form in the series. They did not let Pakistan get going and kept the pressure on by getting the breakthroughs. Debutant Tinotenda Maposa got his first international wicket and it was a great moment for the youngster. Sikandar Raza bowled economically and rotated his bowlers well too. Ryan Burl and Richard Ngarava chipped in with one wicket each and the hosts were pretty sharp in the field and with their catching as well. However, their batting has struggled throughout the series, and with turn on offer on the wicket, it will be a challenge for them again, which they will have to overcome to save some pride. Join us in a bit for the second essay.

Ryan Burl is up for a quick chat. He says the surface is too slow and has been used a bit as well. He mentions that they bowled well on this slow surface. Adds that they will take 130 any day on this track and hopes they will finish on a high.

Pakistan could not get the start they wanted as they lost both the openers inside the first three overs. Usman Khan also failed to make much impact. It was their skipper, Salman Agha who steadied the ship for a bit along with Tayyab Tahir, who was starting to look dangerous but lost his wicket, scoring 21 off just 14 balls. The problem for Pakistan was they kept losing wickets and failed to build significant partnerships. Qasim Akram played a few lusty blows, but the Agha's run out put them more on the back foot. However, the lower order stepped up, and with the help of cameos from Arafat Minhas, Abbas Afridi, and Jahandad Khan, they managed to reach the 130-run mark.

A finish with a flurry for Pakistan! They collect 13 runs off the last over and give their bowlers something to bowl at here. However, if Zimbabwe had been given this total at the start of the game, they would have taken it with both hands.

Well then, all in readiness for this final T20I to begin at the Queens Sports Club, Bulawayo. The two umpires walk out to the middle and are greeted by overcast skies. The players of Zimbabwe spread out to the field after a little huddle talk. Sahibzada Farhan and Omair Yousuf are the two Pakistani openers. And it will be Wellington Masakadza to bowl the first over for Zimbabwe. Here we go...

PITCH REPORT - Morne van Wyk says that it's quite uniform from top to bottom and there's no real grass covering. Reckons that the ball will come on nicely. Informs that there's no breeze at all. Also adds that it's the pitch that was used in the first ODI and provided assistance to the spinners. Mentions about little cracks and adds that it might slow up as it progresses.

Sikandar Raza, the captain of Zimbabwe says that they would have bowled first anyway. Adds that this was the wicket used for the 1st ODI, and even though they won the game, they had to bowl their skins out and it did not spin much in the second innings and got better for batting. Tells that this wicket is on the slower side and they will look to restrict the opponents to a chasable score. Mentions that they have a very young side and there are a lot of learnings to take and all these things will help them in the development of the team. Informs they have made a couple of changes.

Salman Agha, the skipper of Pakistan begins by informing there are four changes and says that they are looking to give everyone the chance to show their talent. Adds it has been an amazing tour so far and that they have played some really good cricket. Also says that it's a quick turnaround for them as they will be flying to South Africa in the next 24 hours and are excited about that tour as well.

Zimbabwe (Playing XI) - Brian Bennett, Tadiwanashe Marumani (WK), Dion Myers, Sikandar Raza (C), Ryan Burl, Wessly Madhevere (In place of Clive Madande), Tashinga Musekiwa, Wellington Masakadza, Richard Ngarava, Blessing Muzarabani, Tinotenda Maposa (In place of Trevor Gwandu and On Debut).

Pakistan (Playing XI) - Omair Yousuf, Sahibzada Farhan (In place of Saim Ayub), Usman Khan (WK), Salman Agha (C), Tayyab Tahir, Qasim Akram (In place of Irfan Khan), Arafat Minhas (In place of Abrar Ahmed), Jahandad Khan, Abbas Afridi, Mohammad Hasnain (In place of Haris Rauf), Sufiyan Muqeem.

TOSS - Pakistan have won the toss and elected to BAT first.

Pakistan, on the other hand, have been dominant in this format against Zimbabwe, winning 18 of their last 20 encounters. Saim Ayub has been the standout performer with the bat, showcasing his explosive power, while Sufiyan Muqeem has left the Zimbabwe batters in disarray with his precise chinaman deliveries. Salman Agha is proving to be a dependable all-rounder, capable of scoring quick runs in the middle order and chipping in with crucial wickets. With a balanced mix of youth and experience, Pakistan have been firing on all cylinders and will be eager to go all out for a clean sweep. Will they seal the series 3-0, or can Zimbabwe salvage some pride? Stay tuned - toss and team updates coming up shortly!

Zimbabwe have struggled to find their footing in this series, with their batting proving to be their Achilles' heel. Two major collapses have exposed their vulnerability against quality spin, costing them a staggering 13 wickets. Sikandar Raza will be hoping his team steps up in this game instead of relying solely on him. Key batters like Ryan Burl, Brian Bennett, and Clive Madande must shoulder the responsibility of scoring big runs, while Blessing Muzarabani and Richard Ngarava, their most dependable bowlers, will aim to put the visitors under pressure. A well-rounded team effort is essential if Zimbabwe wants to give their fans something to celebrate in this final game.

Hello and a warm welcome, everyone! The stage is set at the iconic Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo for the third and final T20 between Zimbabwe and Pakistan. With the Men in Green already clinching the series after dominating the first two games, the hosts will be playing for pride here. Zimbabwe will be determined to leave no stone unturned as they fight to avoid a clean sweep on their home turf.

... MATCH DAY ...

As we look ahead to the third T20I of the series, Pakistan will be eager to maintain their momentum after securing a commanding victory over Zimbabwe in the second match, they will look to clean sweep the series. The Zimbabwean side, after a disappointing batting performance that saw them bowled out for just 57 runs, will be keen to regroup and put up a stronger challenge in the upcoming encounter. Pakistan's Sufiyan Muqeem will gain the spotlight after the sensational spell in the last match, claiming 5 wickets for a mere 3 runs, and will be looking to replicate that form. Additionally, top-order batsmen Saim Ayub and Omair Yousuf, who both contributed significantly to the chase, will be crucial in setting a solid foundation. On the other hand, Zimbabwe will need to address their batting woes and find a way to build partnerships. Tadiwanashe Marumani and Brian Bennett showed promise at the start of the previous game, and their ability to convert starts into substantial scores will be vital for the team's success. Will Pakistan continue their dominance, or can Zimbabwe avoid a clean sweep? We shall find out together.
