Right then! That is it from this one-sided contest! The action from the Indian T20 League continues on Sunday, 24th April and it will be Mumbai taking on Lucknow at the Wankhede Stadium. The game begins at 7.30 pm IST (2 pm GMT) but you can tune in early for the build-up. Till then, cheers and goodbye!

Marco Jansen is the PLAYER OF THE MATCH. He says that he is just trying to keep things simple and stick to his plans. Adds that he enjoyed the wicket of Anuj Rawat the most out of his three wickets. Concludes by saying that his first over of the game was the best he has bowled so far with the white ball.

Kane Williamson, the victorious skipper, says that it was one of those days when everything went their way. Adds that it was an outstanding performance but they will need to keep doing their basics and keep winning. Tells that they have a good bowling attack and the ball has been swinging a lot more than any other season. Mentions that Marco Jansen is a very skillful bowler and he works very hard in the nets. Says that Abhishek Sharma has been timing the ball really well and has played a lot of match-winning knocks for them.

Stay tuned for the presentation...

The man of the moment, Abhishek Sharma is in for a quick chat. He says that he is feeling good contributing to his team and he was enjoying his shots in the middle. Mentions that he always wanted to play at this position, he was really happy when Hyderabad asked him to open the batting. States that it's good to bat with Kane, they just keep talking about how they need to play in the middle. Adds that he is learning a lot from Brian Lara, and he is trying to learn as much as he can from the great man.

Faf du Plessis, the skipper of Bangalore, is in for a chat. He says that in the first five overs, they lost quick wickets and that cost them. Mentions that he expected that it was going to be a good wicket to bat on, but they had to assess the wicket for swing and Marco Jansen bowled well. Adds that it was a bad day at the office for them, they have to keep their chin up, they have to learn from this and move on as it is a long tournament.

Earlier in the day, it was Hyderabad's bowlers that wreaked havoc over Bangalore's batting lineup and they never allowed the opposition to get back into the contest. They kept chipping away with wickets and it was an incredible bowling performance from them. The bowling attack ensured that they bundle out the opposition cheaply, so that their batters chase down the total with plenty of balls to spare.

This has been an emphatic win for Hyderabad and they have now won five games in a row! Bangalore have been completely dominated by Hyderabad and apart from that solitary wicket of Abhishek Sharma, nothing has gone Bangalore's way in this match. Hyderabad's net run rate wasn't that good heading into this match, but this win will do their net run rate a world of good. They have not only won by 9 wickets but with 72 balls to spare. It was Abhishek Sharma who came out all guns blazing and smashed the ball to all parts of the ground. He did get out in the end, but in came Rahul Tripathi, and he finished the game with a maximum.

We are back for the chase! The players are out in the middle. Abhishek Sharma and Kane Williamson will open the batting for Hyderabad. Mohammed Siraj will begin with the ball. Here we go...

... THE RUN CHASE ...

Right then! This should be a piece of cake for Hyderabad! They have a big chance to boost their net run-rate as well. Bangalore will need something special to defend this total. Stay tuned as the chase begins shortly.

Dale Steyn, the bowling coach of Hyderabad, is down for a chat!  He says that they bowled really well and all the pitches have offered something for the pace bowlers early on. Adds that they have some quality bowlers in their ranks and they have been training really hard in the nets. Talking about Umran Malik, he says that he is improving each game and he seems to be coming into his own. Tells that Umran has been working on a couple of different things with the seam. He then jokingly says that he has been bowling some off-spin in the nets and feels like he is always involved as a coach.

Hyderabad will be nothing but proud about their performance here. It all started with Marco Jansen grabbing three wickets in his very first over. Bangalore were in trouble from the second over itself. Glenn Maxwell did show some kind of hope, but he too failed to carry on and was dismissed within the Powerplay itself. All the bowlers grabbed at least one wicket. T Natarajan and Marco Jansen grabbed three wickets each, while Umran Malik picked one wicket and gave away just 13 runs. Not to forget, the contribution by the spinner, Jagadeesha Suchith who took two wickets as well. Only two of the batters from Bangalore got to a double-digit score, which tells you the kind of evening they have had. Disappointing innings for Bangalore.

It's fair to say, Hyderabad do have one of the best pace attacks in this exuberant league. What a clinical performance this has been! Exactly five years ago, Bangalore were dismissed for 49 runs, and today they have been dismissed for just 68 runs, which is the lowest total in this year's tournament so far. Brabourne's pitch keeps surprising us, on one day we witness over 400 runs in a game, while on a day like this, getting to a score of 100 looked tough for the batting side.

16.1W

OUT! CAUGHT! Another brilliant catch from Kane Williamson and Bangalore are bundled out for 68! Bhuvneshwar Kumar comes back into the attack and gets the last wicket. This is a length ball, around off. Mohammed Siraj looks to heave it away. It takes the top edge and goes high in the air towards the mid off region. Williamson there, backtracks, and takes a good catch.

15.61

Back of a length, around off. Mohammed Siraj taps it past the point fielder and collects a run. He will retain the strike.

15.51

Shorter in length, outside off. Josh Hazlewood hangs back and cuts it uppishly towards the deep cover fielder for one run.

15.41

Back of a length, around off. Mohammed Siraj drags it towards mid off and takes a single.

15.30

On a length, around off. Siraj taps it to cover.

Strategic break! Hyderabad continue to be on top! Well, there is no doubt about that! Bangalore are left with just one wicket now. Even a target of 100 would be something to bowl at but even that seems farfetched. Mohammed Siraj is the last man in.

15.2W

OUT! BOWLED! Hasaranga looks for a big one but he misses and ends up throwing away his wicket. A length ball, around off. Wanindu Hasaranga sits back and looks to heave it across the line. He fails to get any bat on it and the ball cannons onto his off pole. Bangalore lose their ninth wicket. Natarajan bags his third wicket. Will he end Bangalore's misery in this over itself?

15.10

Back of a length, around off. Wanindu Hasaranga defends it to the off side.

An off-pace delivery again, around off, on a length. Wanindu Hasaranga taps it towards cover. He leaves his crease as he wanted a single there, but he is sent back quickly. The fielder collects the ball and throws it directly at stumps at the striker's end. But Wanindu Hasaranga is well in. The ball deflects off the stumps and rolls away, the batters eventually sneak in a single.

14.50

Swing and a miss! A slower ball, outside off. Wanindu Hasaranga stays in his crease and looks to cut this away but he misses.

We are set for the game to begin! The match officials have made their way out to the middle. The players of Hyderabad are in a huddle before they spread out on the field. Faf du Plessis and Anuj Rawat walk out to bat for Bangalore. Bhuvneshwar Kumar will start proceedings with the ball. Here we go...

Faf du Plessis, the skipper of Bangalore, says that it's their first game on this ground, the surface has looked pretty decent here, and the league is offering something to the bowlers as well. Mentions that it's a new ground for them, but the pitch here has looked pretty consistent in terms of batting and they have to plan accordingly. Adds that they always have to keep believing in the guys who have not been performing, but for them, it's different players stepping up in different games.

Kane Williamson the skipper of Hyderabad, says that they will bowl first. Tells that the conditions are quite humid and there might be some dew later in the evening. Informs that they are unchanged heading into this game. Adds that Washington Sundar is getting better day by day and he would be fit for their next game.

Bangalore (Unchanged Playing XI) - Anuj Rawat, Faf du Plessis (C), Virat Kohli, Glenn Maxwell, Suyash Prabhudessai, Shahbaz Ahmed, Dinesh Karthik (WK), Harshal Patel, Wanindu Hasaranga, Josh Hazlewood, Mohammed Siraj.

Hyderabad (Unchanged Playing XI) - Abhishek Sharma, Kane Williamson (C), Rahul Tripathi, Aiden Markram, Nicholas Pooran (WK), Shashank Singh, Jagadeesha Suchith, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Marco Jansen, T Natarajan, Umran Malik.

TOSS - Hyderabad have won the toss and they have elected to BOWL first.

There is another enthralling match going on at the moment between Kolkata and Gujarat at the Dr. DY Patil Sports Academy, where Kolkata require 59 more runs to win from 42 balls. With Andre Russell still at the crease, Kolkata will certainly be the favorites to win this game. You can keep switching tabs and enjoy the coverage of both games.

Hyderabad have been in red-hot form, as they have managed to win four games in a row, after suffering defeats in their first two games. They have a solid bowling attack and the likes of Umran Malik and Marco Jansen have been quite impressive with their pace and accuracy. Will Hyderabad carry on with their march and register yet another win? Or will Bangalore be able to break Hyderabad's four-game winning streak with good team performance? We shall find that shortly. Stick around for the toss and further updates.

Bangalore are coming into this clash at the back of two consecutive wins and Faf du Plessis and his troops would be eager to make it three wins in a row. They have played well as a unit and seem to have all their bases covered. The only worry for them would be the form of Virat Kohli, but the pitches at Brabourne have favoured the batters so far, and Kohli will be looking to make the most of it.

The games of the Indian T20 League are coming at a rate of knots, and we have another cracker of a game coming up, folks. Game number 36 sees a clash between Hyderabad and Bangalore at the Brabourne Stadium. Both these sides have been in good form off late and they will be keen to carry on with the winning momentum. On that note, a very warm welcome to our coverage.
